COMPETITION GUIDELINES:

Each school / class group will perform a set dictated by those students. The group may sing, play instruments, act, dance or a full performance of all.

All student performers must be registered for LIFE Teen Expo to participate.

Performances will be judged on:

“Wow” factor

Energy and enthusiasm
-
Cleanliness and School Spirit
-
Usage and concept of LTE2019 Theme: Diversity and Inclusion

COMPETITION RULES:
-
Students must prepare their own set mix of songs. Minimum 3 minutes, max 5.
-
Mix can be sent before but no later than Thursday, October 17, 2019.
-
There is no maximum of students allowed to perform.
-
All students must perform within the center court. (Ex: students are not allowed to perform around other areas of the shopping mall; student cannot exceed the center court).
-
All songs must be clean. Any group with gesture or sign of profanity, vulgarity, illegal substances, etc. will be disqualified from the competition.
-
Professional help will not be allowed.
-
Dance choreography and props are optional but encouraged for “wow” factor and creativity.
-
Performers are encouraged to wear school colors to promote School Spirit. Performers are not limited to just the school’s students; faculty is invited to join in and show their support.

WED 10/16 - 5pm
Last day to sign up for the competition
THU 10/17 - 4pm
Last day to submit song mix for Committee’s review
FRI 10/18
Groups will be advised of their performance times
SAT 10/19 - 1pm to 3pm
Competition is anticipated for 1pm to 3pm. This time frame may not include the announcement of winners.
Visit the Bank of Guam LIFE Zone on the 2nd floor. You'll find real-life learning to include Adulting101, How to BOG, House Hacks and an IG Experience Station! You can also sign up for the popular FinLit Class and sit in on talks from the Guam Community College, Hunter Speaks, Inafa Maolek' and more throughout the day!
